Slaughter's BBQ has officially landed on the Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ Joints for 2025, and trust us—it's a well-deserved honor. This isn't just another spot with good brisket. This is pitmaster poetry, written in smoke, spice, and scratch-made sausage.
