Brandon Belken serves as Dean of Industrial Technology at Kilgore College, where he provides leadership for the college’s industrial, automotive, and advanced manufacturing programs.
Belken brings more than 18 years of combined industry and instructional experience to his role. His professional background includes several years as an ASE-certified automotive and heavy truck technician, working with regional dealerships and Halliburton Energy.
He began his career at Kilgore College in 2012, serving in multiple instructional and leadership roles, including Automotive Technology Instructor, Lead Instructor, and Department Chair for Automotive Technology. From 2020 to 2023, Belken owned and operated an independent automotive repair shop and mobile service business.
Belken returned to Kilgore College in August 2024, serving as Associate Dean for Industrial Technology and Advanced Manufacturing, before being named Dean of Industrial Technology. In this role, he focuses on workforce training, technical education, and aligning academic programs with regional industry needs.
